AVP Customer Segmentation Management

– Supports the Department Head, to analyze business context and identify key adjectives for long and short term customer segmentation strategy.
– Develops, manages and grows segment portfolio with an aim to increase revenue, AUM, and product penetration through various portfolio management actions.
– Understanding customer lifecycles and develop measurable marketing strategies to improve customer engagement over the customer’s lifetime
– Creates process to learn from experiments and implement best practices
– Manage and influences the team

– Master degree in Business / Finance, or equivalent experience is required
– 6-8 years demonstrated experience in s listed finance & banking organization as senior – CRM, segment marketing professional
– Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills
– Solid understanding of CRM, retail & corporate banking products, and relationship management
– Ability to understand, synthesize, and distill result from primary research and data / analytic efforts
– Advanced project management skill
– Meticulous attention to details and accuracy
– Capable of developing solutions in a hands-on direct responsibility mode
– Strong interpersonal abilities to work with marketing disciplines and teams as well as external vendors, and partners
– Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
– Proven leadership skills and team management experience
– Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and to work well under pressure
– An international mindset
